I think this is a really fun design! I like the third one the best as it catches my eye and is a bit more layered. I think the first one is a bit harder to read with the text and background having a similar color. However, the second one and third are really strong!
I really love your third design, I love how the red bleeds in through all the pages and it really depicts this book well. I have ready the book and I think this cover will catch the eyes of readers the most! I feel for the first design there is a lot of negative space. That is not a bad thing, but for this book, I feel that the other cover designs you have made share more about the book than the first one! Overall I think these designs are super strong!
